Some of our most rewarding projects have been those where the scale of the heritage challenge matched the significance of the building. A standout example is our design, supply and installation of 130 sliding sash windows to a Grade II listed building on the LLWR estate, delivered for Mitie. Each window had to meet strict heritage specification requirements while satisfying modern performance standards, a balance that requires real skill and experience to get right.
We have also carried out extensive restoration works to some of Whitehaven harbour town’s oldest buildings, working alongside Countryside Consultants. These projects required careful material matching, traditional lime pointing and close coordination with planning authorities to ensure every element of the works was sympathetic to the original fabric of the buildings.
