The Brook Inn has stood at the heart of Cleator for generations – but when its doors closed, the building faced an uncertain future. William King Construction was appointed to breathe new life into this historic pub, converting it into three high-quality, two-bedroom affordable rented homes for local families.
The project demanded a careful balance: preserving the building’s character and structural integrity while transforming its internal layout entirely, every element was approached with precision and pride in the craft.
